Activities
- To provide administrative and management services;
- It addresses various Human Resource issues such as training, performance evaluation, service contracts, salaries, and other employee benefits, etc..
- Coordinate the planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of the Agency's tasks.
- Offer guidance and expertise during planning, key performance indicators (KPIs), along with work progress reports for the Agency.;
- Design a system and framework for data collection and performance data.;
- To collect various information, conduct analysis, and identify various issues that should be included in the Agency's statistics
- To develop a monitoring system and provide expert advice on its implementation.;
- To evaluate the implementation of various plans and programs and identify their outcomes;
- Prepare a report on the implementation of the Division and submit it to the Chief Chemist.
