The Department of Administration Human Resource Planning Policy and Research.
The main objective of the Department: To support and facilitate smooth and effective implementation of the Agency’s functions and objectives. To achieve the main objective, the department is responsible to accomplish the following functions:
- To provide the overall management and administrative services.
- Responsible for Human Resource (HR) services and functions including training, staff appraisal, salary, and other employees’ benefits.
- To coordinate the Agency’s activities implementation including monitoring and evaluation of its programs and functions.
- To develop annual implementation plan and the key performance indicators and prepare implementation reports.
- To establish data collection system and reporting.
- To analyze data and reports for identification of crucial issues need to be in the Agency’s statistics.
- To develop monitoring and evaluation system and provide technical advice for implementation of the system.
- To prepare the Department’s implementation reports and submit to the Chief Chemist.
